1.30-Day Happiness Guarantee & Returns
We want you to love your SitJoy chair. If it's not the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How it works:
Keep it clean: Items must be in "like-new" condition and in their original packaging (this is important for safe shipping!).
Contact us: Simply email service@sitjoyhome.com.
Ship it back: We will provide a return shipping label and instructions for our US return center.
Note: Depending on the reason for the return, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item (usually within 5-7 business days), your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
2. Warranty:
In the unlikely event your piece arrives in less than perfect condition, please notify us. To help us assess the issue, please send pictures or videos of the product and the Product ID number at the bottom of the product. Please notify us if your product appears to have been damaged during transport with a broken or dented box.
Our manufacturer's warranty covers 2 year for furniture and 10 years for mattresses from the date of delivery.
If you experience issues with your SitJoy product, please contact service@sitjoyhome.com. This will allow us to assist you with replacement parts, an exchange (depending on availability), or a return for a full refund with free return shipping.
3.Refunds:
Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items except the sofa/sectional category which will be charged 20% as restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund.
We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method. Please note it can take 1-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can be expected 1-4 business days after processing.
*Returns that require the customer's shipping fee deduction from refund are but are not limited to: bought by mistake, better price available, no reason given, wrong size: too large/long, did not like fabric, did not like color, ETC.
*Returns with shipping fees waived are but are not limited to: performance or quality not adequate, product arrived damaged, etc.

5. Order Change or Cancellation
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellations without incurring charges. After that, your shipment will be processed, and any changes or cancellations from thereon will incur a 10% restocking fee for all returned items except the sofa/sectional category, which will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund.
We are unable to accommodate order changes, cancellations, or refunds for the following items:
In the event you wish to cancel your existing order and place a new one, kindly note that a new "Estimated Delivery" date will be given at the time of the new purchase.
6. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. Please contact us at service@sitjoyhome.com. if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase.
7. Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
