Currently, SITJOY operates as an online-only furniture brand. By selling directly to customers online, we are able to offer premium-quality furniture at more affordable prices without traditional showroom markups.
Are SITJOY recliners easy to assemble?
Yes! Most SITJOY products are designed for quick and simple assembly. In most cases, setup takes only 10–20 minutes and no additional tools are required. Assembly instructions are included in every package.
What materials are used in SITJOY furniture?
Our products are thoughtfully designed using carefully selected materials such as premium fabrics, high-density foam cushions, durable metal or solid wood frames, and ergonomic support systems. Product-specific material details can always be found on each product page.
How do I care for and clean my SITJOY furniture?
For regular maintenance, we recommend gently vacuuming fabric surfaces and wiping with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth instead of rubbing.
Are your products suitable for small apartments?
Absolutely. Many SITJOY products are specifically designed for apartments, small living rooms, bedrooms, dorms, and compact spaces. Our modular sofas and recliners focus on comfort while maximizing space efficiency.
Can I request fabric or color swatches?
Currently, we do not offer physical swatches for all products. However, our product pages include high-resolution images and detailed color descriptions to help you make the best decision possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout.
A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours, please contact our customer support team.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number and carrier information.You can use the tracking link anytime to check your delivery status.

How can change my delivery address before my order is shipped?
You can submit a form and we will amend it for you as soon as we see it.
I have already placed an order, how to change the color or model?
Please contact service@sitjoyhome.com time for guidance on how to make adjustments.
Can i cancel my order?
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellations without incurring charges. After that, your shipment will be processed, and any changes or cancellations from thereon will incur a 10% restocking fee for all returned items except the sofa/sectional category, which will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund.
What if an issue during or after my delivery?
Please contact SITJOY by leaving a message for your order status update, we will surely get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping & Returns
Can i exchange my chair?
Absolutely. You can exchange for up to 30 days after shipping. You need to pay the shipping costs.
What if my chair is still under warranty and there is a problem?
Please fill in the question form on our official website and we will deal with it as soon as possible in the order in which the customer submits the form.
Will my furniture arrive in multiple boxes?
Yes. Larger furniture items may ship in multiple packages, and boxes may arrive separately depending on the carrier.
