Shipping policy

At SitJoy, we want your furniture delivery experience to be clear, safe, and efficient. All products are carefully packaged for safe transit and delivered by professional third-party carriers or specialized furniture delivery partners.

All eligible orders within our shipping area include free standard shipping. Depending on product availability, warehouse location, item size, and carrier arrangements, your order may ship from different warehouses and may arrive in multiple shipments.

If your order includes multiple items, each item may have a different estimated delivery date or tracking number.

1. Shipping Areas

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, we currently ship eligible products to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, APO/FPO military addresses, or locations that are not accessible by our delivery carriers.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations that are outside our service area, inaccessible, unsafe, or considered high risk for loss or damage.

2. Free Shipping

SitJoy offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders within our shipping area.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, there is no minimum order value required for standard shipping.

If you request additional services, such as special handling, rescheduling, storage beyond the free storage period, redelivery, or upgraded delivery service, extra fees may apply.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Order processing time may vary during holidays, peak seasons, high order volume, or if additional order verification is required.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information or delivery scheduling details.

4. Estimated Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product type, inventory availability, warehouse location, carrier capacity, delivery address, and distance from major metropolitan delivery areas.

Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages, in emails, or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is usually 4–7 business days, including:

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier delays, warehouse processing, high order volume, incorrect address information, limited delivery access, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Scheduling and Tracking

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse or when delivery scheduling begins.

For small parcel deliveries handled by carriers such as FedEx or UPS, tracking information will be provided by email.

For larger furniture items delivered by specialized carriers, the carrier may contact you directly by phone, email, or text message to confirm a delivery date and delivery time window.

Please make sure your email address, phone number, and shipping address are accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or unreachable contact information may cause delivery delays or additional fees.

7. Shipment or Delivery Delays

If a shipment or delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, SitJoy or the delivery carrier may reschedule the delivery based on the next available delivery date.

Delivery time windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

SitJoy is not responsible for indirect losses, expenses, or inconvenience caused by carrier delays, weather delays, access issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

8. Order Cancellation After Shipment Processing

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@sitjoyhome.com.

If your order is cancelled before shipment processing begins, no shipping cancellation fee will apply.

If your order has already shipped or is in transit and is cancelled due to customer reasons, a 10% restocking fee based on the order value will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
